About the Role We are seeking a result‑oriented Territory Sales Manager to develop our business with Elevator Contractors in the Southern Region of the United States. The Territory Sales Manager will work in a fast‑paced, expanding sales team to drive proactive value creation and revenue generation for our elevator‑related products. In this consultative‑based selling role you will work with strategic and prospective Elevator Contractors and Consultants to find and close sales opportunities through active selling.
Responsibilities
Perform B2B sales activities from lead generation through closure within the Elevator Contracting & Consulting business.
Visit customer business & job sites to support and promote Vantage company’s products & services.
Promote and sell Elevator Equipment solutions, including Machines, Controls, Door Equipment, and Signal Fixtures, with special emphasis on packaged solutions combining all areas of our portfolio.
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Develop & maintain strong customer relationships with decision makers at key accounts and consulting firms.
Create and maintain account plans for existing customers: highlighting profile, market share, competition, and value opportunities.
Formulate strategies for building and growing the accounts and maximizing their potential value.
Research, gather, analyze, maintain and disseminate information about assigned accounts; develop exceptional knowledge of the customer and competitors and be well versed in the customer’s problems, initiatives, goals, needs, and issues.
Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, accounting, and technical services groups.
Provide regular sales activity reports and appropriate feedback from the field utilizing MS CRM.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
Five to ten years of technical sales and key account management experience serving the Elevator or closely related manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team‑oriented organization.
Working knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
Previous experience utilizing CRM in managing sales activities.

Salary for a Florida‑based Candidate: $80,000‑$92,000 annually + Sales Commission + Monthly Car Allowance (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
