Sr. Litigation Attorney - REMOTE (Commercial Litigation; OTE $400k+)
Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is looking for a REMOTE Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney to add to their team in Florida.
You will manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from start to finish, driving client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Location: REMOTE - anywhere in Florida.
Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
Bonus Opportunities: 10% production, 10% origination fees, 5% consult, 10% dormant client bonuses
Production Bonus Target: 1900 hrs/yr (36 hrs/wk); 10% production bonus ($10k+/mo)

Responsibilities
Manage diverse commercial litigation caseloads from start to finish.
Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals.
Stay current on legal developments, regulations, and industry trends.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Identify and seize business development opportunities.
Contribute to the development of legal processes and systems.
Oversee credit management and billing support activities.
Qualifications
JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required.
5+ years of commercial litigation experience required.
2+ years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required.
Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required.
