Sr. Litigation Attorney - REMOTE (Commercial Litigation; OTE $400k+) Location: REMOTE – anywhere in Florida – Offices located in Jacksonville, FL

Job Type: Full‑time, REMOTE. Start date: ASAP. Sponsorship is not available.

Compensation: Base pay $160,000–$225,000 per year, with production bonuses up to $10k+/month (target 1,900 hours/yr). Bonus opportunities: 10% production, 10% origination fees, 5% consult, 10% dormant client.

Billable hours: Target 1,900 hrs/yr (36 hrs/wk), negotiable for attorneys seeking fewer hours.

Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is looking for a REMOTE Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney to add to their team in Florida. You'll manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from start to finish, driving client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Your primary focus will be developing, maintaining, and driving your team's workflow. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful production and a deep understanding of legal strategies and statutes. Significant experience in Commercial Litigation, including bench trials and 1st or 2nd chair experience is essential. Responsibilities

Manage diverse commercial litigation caseloads from start to finish

Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals

Stay current on legal developments, regulations, and industry trends

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement

Identify and seize business development opportunities

Contribute to the development of legal processes and systems

Oversee credit management and billing support activities

Qualifications

JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required

5+ years of commercial litigation experience required

2+ years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required

Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required
