At PwC’s Legal Services team, you will oversee, draft, and negotiate complex agreements and work with senior leaders on technology and engineering services engagements. As a Director, you set strategic direction, lead business development, mentor emerging talent, and maintain executive‑level client relationships while ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk management practices.
Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relationships
Manage legal risks and advise on regulatory issues arising from technology and engineering services engagements
Assure compliance with the firm’s risk‑management practices
Review, draft, and negotiate large‑scale technology and engineering services agreements
Mentor and guide future leaders
Foster an environment of integrity and inclusion
Promote technological advancements within the legal services team
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate
5+ years of legal experience or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is $122,500–$423,780. For residents of Washington state the range is $122,500–$504,500. Compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, and location.
