Responsibilities

Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.

Working through teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time.

Attracting and retaining top‑caliber employees.

Brand advocate for Victra.

Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.

Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.

Ensuring store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.

Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.

Maintaining store performance by running retail inventory compliance.

Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.

Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on existing customer base.

Owning store success and taking ownership for store employees’ work‑related needs, staff leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.

Owning all guest escalations and providing a timely resolution.

Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow‑up.

Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring guests receive complete solutions to meet current and future needs.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Management experience in a commissions‑based sales environment.

Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.

Setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team.

Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.

High school diploma or GED.

One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

At least 18 years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift ten pounds.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. All General Managers must also complete a 3‑day General Manager University (SMU) program within 30 days of completing NHU, again with possible overnight travel. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.

Compensation Base Pay: $43,888.00 Potential monthly General Manager bonus. The average all‑in pay is $69,572 per year for this role.
