Our Client, a Software company, is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst IV for their Chicago, IL/Remote location. Responsibilities:

Support the account matching and mapping process ensuring accuracy and consistency Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and support business decision-making. Analyze complex datasets from various sources (including Client, Tableau, and Snowflake) to identify trends and anomalies Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on analytics Must be proficient with: Strong data analysis in Google Sheet/Excel Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction Client (CRM) - Account, Opportunity, Reports and related fields General Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support) Fundamental IT concepts (databases, security, networking) and basic programming concept Strong data analysis in Google Sheet/Excel Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction Fundamental IT concepts (databases, security, networking) and basic programming concepts Client (CRM) - Account, Opportunity, Reports and related fields General Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support) Why Should You Apply?
