Customer Sales Manager – New Business Development (Chicago, IL)
We’re looking for a driven and experienced
Customer Sales Manager
to help lead and grow our team in Chicago. This role is all about developing new business, mentoring reps, and strengthening customer relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative brokerage environment.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of Customer Sales Representatives focused on new business acquisition
Sell along side the sales team, lead by example until the new sales team is large enough to strictly manage.
Help reps develop customer pipelines, quote freight efficiently, and build lasting relationships
Collaborate with Operations and Leadership to ensure customers receive best-in-class service
Identify growth opportunities and shape sales strategy for the Chicago office
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in logistics or freight brokerage (management experience strongly preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and growth
Based in or willing to relocate to Chicago
