Work Schedule Hybrid work schedule – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. During onboarding and training, 5 days in the office are required, typically 1–2 months.

Daily Responsibilities
Assist with tax planning and compliance.
Direct client interaction to manage tax engagements.
Train team members.
Collaborate with Firm Partners.
Required Skills
Public accounting experience, at least 5 years.
Enrolled Agent or CPA certification.
Strong understanding of tax planning and compliance.
Experience with tax strategy development and projections.
Income tax preparation.
Partnership taxation.
Tax research.
