Position Location:
San Diego, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, Vista, Poway, El Cajon.
Position Overview The Field Support Associate (FSA) is an entry‑level position that assists the Account Executives with DMVdesk‑related duties.
Live scanning (fingerprinting)
VIN verifications
DMVdesk logbook cleanup
Computer, printer, and monitor setups
Drafting floor plans and document collection
Software installation
Assist with DMV document preparation
Assist with DMVdesk technical support tickets
Education & Ongoing Training The FSA works closely with Account Executives and receives ongoing education:
Attend RMP online classes
Learn the rules and regulations on various DMV transactions
Ride‑along with the Registration Support team to assist with the processing of DMV paperwork
Learn how to complete DMV paperwork
Learn the Business Partner Automation regulations
Learn how to use DMVdesk
Compensation Hourly: $20 – $24.
Required Skills
Able to deliver a high level of customer service
Excellent communication and training skills
Excellent follow‑up and problem‑solving skills
Proficient on a PC (Internet, E‑mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive)
Ability to adapt to a fast‑changing environment
Time management skills
Ability to work either alone or on a team, with limited supervision
Must be self‑motivated and eager to learn
