Job Overview Domino's Pizza is seeking a motivated, experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive profitability. The role offers opportunities for growth within the global Domino’s organization.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the store during the shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Set a positive example, adhere to all policy and procedure requirements 100% of the time, and expect the same from staff.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cost control, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image and standard adherence, marketing, and profitability.
Maintain attendance and punctuality and ensure reliable transportation to/from work.
Keep the store clean and organized, supporting excellent customer service.
Deliver products in company vehicles and perform delivery and door‑hanger duties as required.
Qualifications
Operate all store equipment and process telephone orders.
Stock ingredients, prepare products, and maintain daily cleaning of the facility.
Perform accurate inventory, paperwork, and monetary calculations.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and staff.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Demonstrate motor coordination and fine‑motor skills for precise movements.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured delivery vehicle.
Navigate varied weather, temperature, and terrain conditions during delivery.
Physical Requirements
Standing (most tasks), walking, and short‑distance walking are required.
Walking on ceramic, brick, and linoleum surfaces; lifting up to 50 pounds.
Carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders.
Stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching up to 72 inches.
Performing repetitive hand tasks such as shaping dough and operating equipment.
