What You’ll Do:
Develop and utilize knowledge ofYardi Kube products, industry, and competition to present valuepropositions to prospects and/or clients, develop a sufficient pipeline, andmeet individual sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships withclients and prospects in your assigned territory whileactively representing Yardi at relevant marketing events.
Prepare accurate performance reports andcontinuously develop product expertise and industry best-practiceknowledge to support informed, consultative selling.
Utilize internal CRM diligently, recording all clientand/or prospect activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts pertraining guidelines.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field;or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in thetechnology or software industry
Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles,including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, andpositioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure
Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) toolsto track and manage prospect and client activity
Goal oriented and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and interface with decisionmakers at mid-sized companies
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Ability to understand and demonstrate technicalproducts
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High responsiveness with client-centered commitment andfocus
Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multipletasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel up to 25%

$70,000 - $75,000 base salary + commission target
