What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Review project plans to coordinate project activities effectively
Manage backup, security, and user help systems
Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
Drive large and complex cross-functional technical projects
Provide users with technical support for computer-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, preferably in Computer Science, Math, or another Engineering discipline
Experience in Speech AI software development (training, QA, etc.)
Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex projects in a time-compressed environment
Proven leadership skills, including running meetings with stakeholders and engineers
Basic knowledge of computer software such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with AI engineering teams in a fast-paced tech company or startup
Familiarity with AI technologies and terminology
