What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive innovation in healthcare payment solutions by introducing advanced technologies like AI and machine learning
Serve as a strategic connector between the banking and healthcare fintech ecosystems
Champion solutions that enhance payer-provider interactions and improve payment experiences
Define and execute product strategy while managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify market needs and drive product sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
Undergraduate degree in business or finance required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in healthcare product management, including product development, sales, or operations
Experience in matrix management and multi-site environments
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities

Understanding of current industry trends and issues related to healthcare payments
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic skills
