What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, engage, and consult key decision-makers regarding Commerce Bank Payment solutions in the healthcare sector
Conduct sales calls and perform consultative business process reviews
Create customized proposals and present them to potential customers
Negotiate contractual terms and pricing options to benefit both customers and the employer
Transition new accounts to the Account Management Team post-implementation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 7 years of new customer acquisition sales experience in Commercial Card, Banking, or Financial Services
Proven track record in team selling and lead sharing environments
Strong knowledge of the consultative sales process and data analysis skills
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the employer’s driving record criteria
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working independently while managing relationships and negotiating contracts
Superior presentation skills and the ability to interact with senior managers
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Inquisitive and agile team player with excellent communication skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
