The Associate Director will oversee Industrial Security across 22 cleared facilities in the Eastern U.S., manage 10 FSOs, and provide expert guidance on complex Industrial Security matters. The role involves close collaboration with executive leads, program managers, and security peers to ensure compliance and secure program execution. Responsibilities

Collaborate with DCSA Regional Directors to address issues and brief program needs regarding NISPOM. Work with Raytheon & RTX peers to develop innovative methods using CORE for process streamlining and consistency. Participate in RLPM to align security resources with new business opportunities. Provide expert advice on complex Industrial Security matters beyond general FSO scope. Interpret and implement emerging Industrial Security policies, providing guidance through collaborative teaming. Review Administrative Inquiries to maintain quality reporting and consistent disciplinary actions. Validate corrective actions before submission to DCSA. Consult with Executive Site Leaders to meet business expectations and allocate resources for current and future needs. Oversee the security budget for managed locations. Qualifications You Must Have

University degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 10 years of experience. Knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual. Experience collaborating across organizational hierarchies. Experience interacting with DCSA or other cognizant security agencies. Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading a geographically dispersed workforce. Prior FSO experience with strong assessment results. Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience briefing senior leadership. Experience mentoring security personnel. Experience conducting Administrative Inquiries for security violations. CORE Champion certification. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $147,000 – $295,000 USD. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, scholar program, parental leave, PTO and holidays. Eligibility for incentive compensation programs may apply. This role is U.S.-based; appropriate pay and benefits for U.S. territories will apply. Application Notes
