We are looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor to provide leadership and care at North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 100‑bed sub‑acute and long‑term care facility that values compassion and quality care.
Details Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. Shift: 4 PM – 10 PM. Same day pay. Compensation: $38‑$60 per hour with $5 PIB.
Responsibilities
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
No previous supervisor experience needed; training will be provided.
Effective communication skills and professionalism, dealing tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing care centers.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered active RN license in Massachusetts.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
