What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product roadmap and strategy, focusing on core workflows and system integration
Optimize insurance workflows including capture, validation, and eligibility verification
Drive strategy for billing and payment solutions to enhance accuracy and compliance
Utilize analytics tools to monitor RCM metrics and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with Design and Engineering to create intuitive patient interfaces and communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare finance
Deep expertise in full-cycle RCM workflows including insurance capture and patient billing
Proven proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Looker, with familiarity in SQL
Strong technical acumen and ability to work with engineering teams on APIs and data structures
Experience delivering patient-facing web and mobile applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience driving AI product strategy
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations related to financial data
