General Manager Domino's Pizza is hiring a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure quality service, manage staff, and drive business results.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of store operations during the shift, including cost control, inventory management, and cash handling.

Maintain strong customer relations and store cleanliness.

Follow all Domino's policies and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for the crew.

Handle staffing, paperwork, marketing, and profit management.

Promote a culture of excellent customer service, punctuality, and attendance.

Qualifications

Experience in food service or restaurant management preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and math skills.

Ability to multitask and make sound decisions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (delivery component may apply).

Capability to navigate adverse terrain for delivery duties if required.

Physical Requirements Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and occasional climbing or pushing trays are required for this role.
