We are hiring a General Manager to lead our Domino’s Pizza store at 820 State Route 9, Suite 1322.
About the Job You will be the ultimate boss, overseeing all aspects of store operation, ensuring every team member performs at a high level, and leading the business to success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all shift activities: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set an example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling.
Maintain perfect store image and adherence to standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain attendance & punctuality.
Transport tools, maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process phone orders, inventory, clean equipment daily, and train new staff.
Requirements & Skills
Strong judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination, keyboard proficiency, and precise movements.
Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle for delivery.
Experience in retail or hospitality preferably, with store management background.
Physical & Work Conditions
Standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 50 lb, climbing stairs, and operating ovens up to 500 °F.
Exposure to temperature variations, food odors, and dust.
Onsite work in bakery and delivery vehicle; driving required.
