We’re looking for a passionate, creative professional to join our team as a
Luxury Studio General Manager & Hairstylist — a hybrid role that combines leadership, management, and behind-the-chair artistry. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves creative work, thrives on organization, and finds joy in inspiring both clients and teammates.
In this role, you’ll:
Oversee daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional client experience
Provide expert styling, cutting, and coloring services in a luxury setting
Collaborate with ownership to elevate Capilia Madison’s brand, culture, and service offerings
Build lasting relationships with clients who value trust, privacy, and personalized care
We’re seeking someone with:
At least 2 years of experience
in cutting, coloring, or styling hair
Previous management or leadership experience
(a bonus as we grow our team)
An interest in or openness to
hair restoration — training provided
A
