Oversee all phases of high-rise construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address design and construction challenges. Review project drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-site. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates. Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to minimize delays. Lead and mentor team members to foster a productive and safe work environment.
