The Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Enterprise Account Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be first on the ground and focus on acquiring new business and expanding the US market.

Specifically targeting Large Stadiums, Staffing Agencies and Event companies that could benefit from our Workforce Management OS to seamlessly manage their workers, clients and suppliers in one comprehensive staffing operating system.

What You'll Do

New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and close new business opportunities with large stadiums, arenas, staffing agencies and event companies, focusing on both existing and emerging markets. Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to qualification, product demos, negotiation, and closing deals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs of large stadiums, arenas, staffing agencies and event companies, tailoring our Workforce Management OS to meet their specific business challenges and objectives for Temporary Workers. Articulate the value proposition clearly to decision-makers. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within prospective clients, nurturing those relationships to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure the sales process is aligned with company goals and client needs. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline health, forecasts, and sales performance. Industry Knowledge: Understand the trends in staffing, event management, and the needs of organizations that manage large groups of Temporary Workers to position our product effectively in the market. Market Research & Expansion: Conduct market research to uncover new verticals, geographies, and untapped opportunities for the company's SaaS solution. Develop and execute strategies to enter these markets effectively.

We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions. Proven track record of successfully selling to staffing agencies, event companies, or similar industries. Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive new business growth through both inbound and outbound sales efforts. Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and managing your sales pipeline with little supervision. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative. Consultative Sales Approach: Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to understand complex client needs and present tailored solutions. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and product benefits to senior executives and decision-makers. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), marketing tools, and other sales enablement platforms. Familiarity with SaaS products and technology in general is a plus. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the staffing and event industry landscape and its pain points is highly desirable. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
