Manage employment litigation matters from start to finish Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court Take and defend depositions Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials Provide strategic litigation counsel to clients Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case development Requirements
3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in employment or complex commercial litigation Strong command of litigation procedures and rules Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Experience with depositions, motions, and trials Client-focused approach with a commitment to service and results Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications
Admission to the South Carolina Bar or sufficient UBE scores for admission Skills
