The Responsibilities of the Construction Superintendent are: Manage all vertical concrete operations onsite, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing formwork, pours, and finishing. Lead and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality structures. Monitor productivity, enforce safety protocols, and ensure work aligns with design specifications and project timelines. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve construction challenges and drive daily progress. The Successful Construction Superintendent will have: You will have a strong background in vertical concrete construction with proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret complex drawings are essential. Experience with tilt-up, cast-in-place, and structural systems is highly desirable.
