Level 2 Support Engineer
for their
Dallas team . This is a client-facing role where you'll take ownership of IT systems, resolve advanced support issues, assist Level 1 staff, and help drive key IT projects forward. What Youll Do System & Network Support Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and RDP Support Office 365/Exchange, Windows servers/desktops, and Microsoft applications Deploy and manage cloud platforms including Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and OneDrive Oversee backup solutions and apply security best practices Technical Support & Projects Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems Collaborate on projects involving migrations, virtualization, email, and cloud infrastructure Maintain clear documentation of systems and processes Participate in on-call support rotation What You Bring 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP background strongly preferred) Proficiency in Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms Experience with SonicWALL, Office 365, Azure AD/Intune, Hyper-V, and backup systems Comfortable with ticketing systems and RMM tools (ConnectWise a plus) Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Team-oriented with a growth mindset and a customer-focused approach Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Flexible vacation policy Positive, team-oriented work culture Training and development opportunities Seniority level
