Job Title
Oversee daily operations of residential construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You would be working for an established premier home builder that has built hundreds of single family homes and multifamily properties across the Greater Philadelphia region. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5-10 years of supervisory experience in residential construction (single-family, townhomes, or custom homes). Strong understanding of all construction phases, residential building codes, trades coordination, and local permitting processes in Pennsylvania. Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism. Excellent communication skills with homeowners, tradespeople, inspectors, and internal staff. Comfortable using construction management platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore), MS Office, and mobile-based reporting tools. OSHA 30 certification preferred; valid driver's license required. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or trade school a plus. What's On Offer
