The Business Development Manager for New Solutions will play a critical role in introducing and driving the success of our innovative technology in the advanced wound care therapeutic area. The role holder will work cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Medical Science Liaison United States (MSL), local Market Access, local commercial organisation including Sales Force Excellence to ensure seamless execution of both commercial and scientific strategies. They will be responsible for developing key stakeholders and key accounts, achieving commercial targets and collaborating with global and local teams to ensure market penetration and long-term success of the platform. They will particularly also focus on engaging with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), orchestrate scientific activities including round tables, ad boards and scientific events. This is a highly strategic and dynamic position requiring a deep understanding of the therapeutic area to engage in peer-to-peer conversations with KOLs, paired with strong business acumen. The successful candidate will have exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills to navigate a matrix environment effectively, with the ability to drive results through a blend of scientific and business strategies. Key Responsibilities include sales and account management, cross-functional collaboration, KOL and stakeholder engagement, and market development and strategy execution. Education & Experience required include a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree preferably in life sciences, medicine, or related discipline, 5+ years in commercial roles with a focus on pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medtech, and specific knowledge in wound care preferred. The role requires strong commercial mindset, communication skills, and ability to travel 50-75% of the time. Seniority level
