Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and internal teams Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings Review change orders, pay applications, and RFI/submittal processes Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and safety protocols are up to standard Mentor assistant project managers or project engineers as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5-10 years of project management experience in commercial construction, including interior fit-outs and/or ground-up Strong knowledge of construction documentation, scheduling, cost control, and permitting Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and drive accountability on-site Comfortable using Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management tools Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and proactive under pressure Looking for a long-term opportunity in a company that values independence and trust What's on Offer
