Job Description
Assist the PM with RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track and update project schedules and meeting minutes Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Maintain drawing logs and distribute updated plans Help manage procurement and delivery of materials Participate in project meetings and assist with site visits Support budgeting and cost tracking Work cross-functionally with field and office teams MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
3-5 years of experience in commercial interiors construction Familiar with NYC building processes, DOB, and union coordination Proficient in construction management software (Procore preferred) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn and grow under experienced PMs Based in NYC or surrounding boroughs What's on Offer
