LHH is seeking a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant for our clients Miami office.
Qualified candidates will have at least
five to seven years of experience
in complex commercial litigation. The candidate must be experienced with State and Federal court procedures and requirements, as well as e-filing. Trial experience is required. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to: Assisting attorneys in preparing, proofreading, revising, and filing documents Calendaring of Court deadlines Scheduling of travel, appointments, and maintenance of calendars Maintenance of files and records Submission of intake and conflicts requests Time entry and client billing Provision of assistance to other assistants and attorneys if necessary Review and analyze documents, data, and depositions as required by team attorneys and/or clients Assist in the preparation for depositions of fact and expert witnesses. Coordinate the preparation of motions and briefs, including the assembly of exhibits, filing, and service Assist at and with preparation for trial, including gathering trial exhibits, preparation of witness binders, deposition designations, review and organization of materials for use by team attorneys, preparation of electronic presentations, and coordination with litigation support personnel Seniority level
