Our client, a rapidly growing online healthcare company, is seeking a Strategic FP&A Manager to join their lean, high-performing finance team. Job Description
Own the company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Drive analysis on key SaaS revenue streams, customer retention, and growth initiatives Develop and maintain dynamic Excel-based models to evaluate business performance and new opportunities Translate complex data into actionable insights to support executive decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to assess campaign performance, CAC/LTV, and ROI Use Google Analytics/Google Marketing Platform data to connect financial outcomes with digital marketing performance Support Board reporting, investor updates, and long-term strategic planning Be a thought partner to leadership and contribute to scalable process improvement and automation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or consumer-tech company Strong proficiency in Excel - you're fast, accurate, and can build and adapt complex models Understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention) and online customer funnels Comfortable working with Google Marketing data (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio) Proven ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Hunger to make an impact - you are proactive, resourceful, and strategic, not just analytical Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you can turn numbers into strategy What's On Offer
