Oversee all phases of light industrial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient execution. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals. Monitor progress, address potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively. Track project performance and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Support cost estimation and bid preparation for future projects.
