Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Handle client communications and resolve any issues or concerns related to project delivery. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain smooth operations.
