CP&P is seeking a detail-oriented
Estimator / Project Manager
to join our Mid-Atlantic Dry Utility Sales team. In this role, you'll support both estimating and project management, working closely with customers and internal teams from bid preparation through final delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and a mix of technical and customer-focused work.
What You'll Do: •Review project plans, specs, and customer needs to prepare accurate and competitive quotes •Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to clarify scope and material requirements •Track bid opportunities and follow up on submitted proposals •Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects after award •Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely production and delivery •Monitor project milestones, address customer questions or changes, and ensure job profitability •Support field teams with logistics and issue resolution as needed
What You Bring: •2+ years of experience in estimating, project management, or construction sales (dry utilities or precast concrete a plus) •Ability to read construction plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare estimates •Familiarity with or willingness to learn CP&P products and their applications •Strong organizational and communication skills •Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines •Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software preferred

What You Need: •A high school diploma or GED •U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer •A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Typical Schedule: •Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, depending on workload
Physical Demands: •Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping •Lifting (up to 50 lbs.) •Pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)
Work Environment: •Work is performed in an office environment, with clean, climate-controlled areas and fluorescent lighting •May occasionally enter production environments or visit job sites with ambient weather/air conditions, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting •Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in all production areas
