Job Title
Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial projects (office, retail, medical, industrial, etc.). Coordinate daily with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors. Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring critical milestones and deadlines are met. Enforce job site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality control and workmanship. Manage on-site documentation including RFIs, daily reports, field logs, safety checklists, and progress photos. Lead site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Solve on-site issues proactively and mitigate delays and cost overruns. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction (ground-up, TI, or renovation). Proven success managing projects in the $2M-$30M+ range. Strong knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and safety standards in Oregon. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). OSHA 30 certification required. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Central Oregon market and knowledge of local subcontractors. LEED accreditation or sustainable building experience a plus. Spanish language skills a bonus. What's on Offer
