Accounting Manager
to oversee our financial reporting and support key technical accounting initiatives. This role manages a small team and works closely with other departments and external auditors. What you’ll do: Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, board reports, and other required filings. Ensure compliance with debt agreements and prepare related reports and certificates. Maintain and improve internal controls to make sure financial information is accurate and complete. Act as the main point of contact for external auditors during audits and reviews. Lead accounting work for complex or unusual transactions. Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards, including research, planning, and training. Keep the team updated on changes in GAAP and industry regulations. Help set up Internal controls and processes. Lead projects to improve financial reporting tools and processes. Review internal reports and documentation as needed. Who you are: Experienced in financial reporting and GAAP. Strong communicator and team leader. Comfortable working with auditors and cross-functional teams. Able to manage multiple priorities and projects. Seniority level
