I am partnered with a mid-sized General Contractor that has just opened a second office just South of Boston (about 10 miles South of the city) that has been in business for over 60 years. They pride themselves in delivering over $100M of Multifamily, commercial, and retail projects per year and are looking to add an experienced Assistant Project Manager to their Seekonk, MA office. Collaborate with the PX to plan, execute, and close construction projects. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Contribute to project financial management, including budget tracking and cost control. Participate in regular project meetings and communicate project updates to team members. 2-5 years of relevant APM experience at a Commercial or Multifamily General Contractor Motivated junior construction professional capable of keeping up in fast-paced environment and does well in client-facing situations Forward-thinking with the desire to continue learning and growing Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field Procore experience Stand-out communication skills | Verbal & Written Commercial interiors, Multifamily, and/or Retail and Restaurant project experience is ideal What's on Offer
