Responsibilities

7+ years of construction experience, with a strong foundation in ground-up multifamily or commercial projects Experience with wood frame/podium builds, ideally on projects up to $60M Familiarity with LEED certification and passive construction standards a plus Proven track record managing complex schedules and multiple stakeholders Local candidates from reputable GCs Strong communicator with high ownership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Procore is required Will Receive
