Oversee day-to-day onsite operations for K-12 and higher education construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality and schedule adherence. Maintain regular communication with project managers, architects, and school stakeholders. Lead jobsite meetings, manage inspections, and proactively resolve issues as they arise. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with strong emphasis on K-12 or university-level projects. Deep understanding of education project phasing, safety in occupied campuses, and fast-track schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
