Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from pre-construction through closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts, universities, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, safety standards, and quality control. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on K-12 or higher education sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex, phased projects in occupied settings. Strong organizational, communication, and cost management skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
