Lead planning, execution, and completion of construction projects on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment. Oversee procurement, permitting, scheduling, and compliance with local regulations. Manage site operations, quality control, safety standards, and cost reporting. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address issues proactively. 5+ years of experience managing commercial or residential construction projects. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects under pressure.
