Los Angeles
area is seeking a
bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Receptionist / Medical Records Clerk / Case Intake Coordinator
to join our dedicated legal team. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner Conduct initial case intakes, gathering essential information from potential clients Communicate with medical providers and request, track, and organize medical records Assist with elder abuse and medical malpractice cases by maintaining organized record files and accurate documentation Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals Translate for Spanish-speaking clients, both in-person and over the phone Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal procedures and policies
Qualifications: Spanish fluency required (spoken and written) Prior law office or medical office experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and be trained on legal processes A basic understanding of personal injury, elder abuse, or medical malpractice cases is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient with computers, office equipment, and common software (e.g., Microsoft Office) Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Salary Range:
$40,000 - $60,000
