AWS Connect | Node.js | Banking Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Architect with strong expertise in AWS Connect contact center solutions, NodeJS backend development, cloud-native architecture, and deep functional knowledge of Retail Banking, New Account Opening (NAO) Flows, KYC/KYB, Identity Verification & Customer Onboarding workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across customer onboarding and servicing journeys, integrating front-end applications, backend microservices, and AWS Connect telephony solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Architect and design end-to-end digital banking onboarding solutions, including new account opening workflows, applicant verification, funding, approvals, and fulfillment processes. Lead architecture and development of NodeJS-based microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven components integrated with AWS services. Architect and configure Amazon Connect Contact Center including call flows, IVR, lambda integrations, routing profiles, telephony flows, call recording, and CTI integrations. Integrate AWS Connect with CRM and core banking systems. Drive migration and modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native architecture on AWS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on expertise with NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture Expertise in AWS Connect Contact Center, AWS Lambda, API Gateway. Experience with banking new account opening flows, onboarding & verification processes (KYC, AML, Credit Bureau checks, Funding, OFAC checks). Experience integrating Digital Banking, Core Banking, CRM & workflow tools. Experience implementing OAuth2, JWT, PKI, encryption, SSO, IAM, cybersecurity frameworks.
