About the Company
We’re looking for a Clinical Pharmacist licensed in Louisiana to join our Clinical Engagement Services Center team. The Clinical Engagement Services Center team provides a variety of clinical services, such as: Adherence, Diabetes, Fraud Waste & Abuse, Medication Therapy Management, Retrospective Drug Utilization, and STARS adherence.
Remote but must reside and be licensed in Louisiana.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am–8:00pm CST (flexibility required; occasional weekends).
About the Role
You’ll provide telephonic consultations, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and support disease state management to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic consultations and schedule member appointments Review prescription claims data to identify gaps in care, drug interactions, and adherence issues Assess medication regimens for appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety Educate patients on medications and disease states Document patient care notes clearly and professionally Participate in team meetings and support special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Current, unrestricted Louisiana Pharmacist license
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MTM guidelines and disease state management Remote work experience, excellent organizational skills, and tech proficiency Flexibility to work rotating shifts
Preferred Skills
PharmD Bilingual (Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese) 2+ years of pharmacy experience (retail, community, or PBM) Additional pharmacist licenses in select states Prior call center experience ACPE MTM Specialist, Certified Geriatric Specialist, or Board Certification
