Remote Clinical Pharmacist – Alabama License Required
Location: Remote (must reside & be licensed in Louisiana)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am–8:00pm CST (flexibility required; occasional weekends)
About the Role Join our Clinical Engagement Services Center team as a Clinical Pharmacist. You’ll deliver telephonic consultations, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and support disease state management to improve patient outcomes. Work remotely while collaborating with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and service representatives dedicated to advancing patient care. What You’ll Do Conduct telephonic consultations and schedule member appointments Review prescription claims data to identify gaps in care, drug interactions, and adherence issues Assess medication regimens for appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety Provide patient education on medications and disease states Document patient care notes clearly and professionally Participate in team meetings and support special projects Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Current, unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist license Strong knowledge of MTM guidelines and disease state management Remote work experience, excellent organizational skills, and tech proficiency Flexibility to work rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications PharmD Bilingual (Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese) 2+ years of pharmacy experience (retail, community, or PBM) Additional pharmacist licenses in select states Prior call center experience ACPE MTM Specialist, Certified Geriatric Specialist, or Board Certification
