Overview Managing global workforces is increasingly complex. As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a talented group of professionals helping clients with HR technical strategies, HRIS selection and management, and business model assessments to better engage digital consumers. You may also be required to manage the preparation, processing, and administration of payroll to improve cost and risk.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key resource on large‑scale system related projects.
Deliver quality client service, insightful solutions, and balance multiple priorities.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and lead new teams.
Establish strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrate technical competence and a business‑driven approach to solving complex client challenges.
Contribute to profitable revenue through identifying follow‑on engagement opportunities and developing lasting client relationships.

Qualifications
Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big‑4, global management consultancy, niche consultancy, or an in‑house role involved in large‑scale projects.
3‑4 years of prior experience.
Personal success in current role with experience in one or more of our capabilities.
Willingness to travel as needed and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office).
Bachelor’s degree and relevant post‑graduate qualification.
Ideal Additional Qualifications
Project management experience with global or multi‑national payroll projects.
Global payroll consulting experience and knowledge of technology vendors (ADP, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Workday) and related solutions.
Large‑scale project management experience.
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
