Role Overview As a member of the Organizations and People Technology team, you will help clients in developing HR technical strategies and managing payroll operations to reduce cost and risk.
Your Key Responsibilities You will be a key resource on large‑scale system‑related projects, delivering quality client service, insightful solutions, and balancing multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships.

Qualifications
Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy, niche consultancy, or in‑house role with exposure to large‑scale projects
3‑4 years of prior experience
Personal success in current job with experience in one or more of our capabilities
Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or EY office
Bachelor’s degree and relevant post‑graduate qualification
Ideal Experience
Project management experience with global or multi‑national payroll projects
Global payroll consulting experience, knowledge of technology vendors such as ADP, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Workday, and other technology solutions
Large‑scale project management experience
Strong numbers acumen, including analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

What We Offer
A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $100,600 to $165,900 (US). Salary ranges for specific metro areas are higher.
