About the Role Hightouch is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will generate top‑of‑the‑funnel leads, build foundational processes and strategies for the commercial sales team, and outbound to engineers, marketers, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is highly intelligent, can connect with multiple audiences, and thrives in a high‑growth startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Outreach directly into prospective accounts using cold calls, text, email, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods.
Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts.
Explore creative methods, channels, and strategies to guide prospects to our free trial.
Contribute to defining and improving sales processes, strategies, tactics, and more as part of the growing SDR team.
Execute against monthly goals and targets.
Monitor Slack for new sign‑ups, engage directly to schedule meetings with the sales organization and customers.
What We're Looking For
Self‑starter with the ability to self‑motivate in a high‑growth startup.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience engaging customers and prospects.
Interest in tech, especially data.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
Salary and Benefits Annual base salary of $70,000 with an additional $30,000 annual commission opportunity (location independent). We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, early exercise, and a 10‑year post‑termination exercise window.
