The ideal candidate will have experience at the Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), an active state attorney general antitrust bureau, or at a law firm working on DOJ or FTC antitrust matters and civil antitrust litigation.
Experience handling civil conduct or merger and joint venture analysis and investigations, and litigating antitrust matters, including drafting substantive motions and briefs and participating in depositions and witness prep and interviews, would also be valuable. Experience in the telecommunications and internet space is a plus.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the District of Columbia Bar. 2 to 4 years of relevant legal experience.
