As the Business Applications Analyst, you will design, configure and implement Workday functions to improve HR processes. You will collaborate with HR subject‑matter experts on system design decisions, user experience, and delivery of solutions that best support business needs using Workday Absence/Compensation/Benefits/Performance Management/Talent Management functionalities. The role requires strong analytical skills, a clear understanding of business needs, excellent communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Responsibilities

Manage Workday configuration for Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Security. Drive Workday process enhancements and special projects using project management, business analysis, and Workday HCM process knowledge. Collaborate with HR subject‑matter experts, HR business partners, and vendors on system design decisions, user experience, issue resolution, and process design. Ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines and support business requirements with efficient use of Workday functionalities. Support the development team in translating vendor specifications, reviewing integration design, and maintaining simple integration configuration. Document requirements, conceptual design, and end‑to‑end processes; maintain configuration, unit testing, and defect management accountability. Conduct and facilitate UAT, augment test scenarios, and implement operational processes while providing ongoing operational support. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 3+ years of recent experience working with Workday. Hands‑on configuration experience for Workday. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic project management skills. Preferred Skills

Workday benefit technical and functional subject‑matter expertise with extensive hands‑on experience in configuration. Proficiency in writing reports and calculated fields within Workday. Strong analytical skills with understanding of HR processes and operational concepts. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide expeditious end‑to‑end resolution for high‑impact problems. Understanding of general HR concepts and principles, relating benefit strategies to broader business and HR objectives. Self‑motivated, multi‑task, and collaborative in a fast‑paced team environment. Strong active listening skills and ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine user needs. EEO Statement
